Synthetic Users
Send a staging URL through one or more synthetic users. Get back qualitative usability reports that read like real user research.
What is Synthetic Users?
A hosted SaaS that runs AI agents as fake users against your staging URL. Pick one or more personas — a non-technical small-business owner, an enterprise buyer, an anxious first-timer — and the agent drives a real Chromium session against your product, reacting in the persona’s voice as it goes.
You get back:
- A structured JSON report of confusion points, signup intent, and quotes.
- A rendered Markdown / HTML report that reads like a usability study.
- Screenshots at key transitions.
- A replay-ready transcript for follow-up interrogation (V1.5).
For multi-persona runs, we also produce a cross-persona aggregate report that clusters confusion points across all sessions.
Who it’s for
Small engineering teams and startup builders putting a staging URL through one last UX pass before launch. The output is consumable by a non-technical reader (PM, designer, founder), not a test log.
What it isn’t
- Not a test framework (no asserts, no green/red).
- Not an eval framework.
- Not a monitoring tool.
It’s user research, executed by an AI agent on demand.
